hello, i have just started on guai. it is killing me to not drink tea, do i really have to give it up? it doesnt say about normal tea in Dr.Amands book, it just says stay off herbal tea.
What I dont understand about the guai protocol is how can it be ok to drink coffee but not tea? |

 I found this on the web, I guess this is what you are talking about QUOTE Salicylate Avoidance - An important part of guaifenesin treatment is the avoidance of substances called 'salicylates'.
