As any forum we have a few house rules, many forums call them guidelines.

The first one is please be nice to each other!
To have respect from others you must have respect for others, easy really.

so no flaming or personal attacks, please remember that the chances that someone is already having a bad day is quite high and people need support not critiscm.

And in turn if you are having a bad day, please bear in mind that other members might not automatically realise or that they too are having a bad day.

Sometimes people can read things in a way that was not the intention of the writer so remember to use smilies if you are being ironic etc. to help solve this problem.

If any member feels that a post is unpleasant please report it using the report this post button and the support team will look into it.

The most important thing here is to remember that behind every keyboard there is a real person with feelings and emotions.

second guideline: No spamming
Spammers don't bother
Anything that is considored to be SPAM will be deleted, if you would like to link another site or recommend a product, please tell us that in your post rather than just copy and pasting links and blurb.

Number 3: please watch your language! no one like swear words in print, so please use a subsistute word or $£^%^**$ I know that having an invisbile illness can make you swear at times
Please be aware that there may well be younger people here who are members of the forum.

Number 4: We all have foggy days and that can make our heads stop working so if you spell something wrong etc please dont worry about it, its ok to do that here and no one should comment or name call if it happens.

Be careful! please dont post too much personal info about yourself, this is for your protection not us being big brother. we all know there are bad people on the internet who are not as nice as we are. So please, no addresses or phone numbers in public areas.

Privacy

We promise that the only reason we have your email address is so you can become a member here. We will never pass on email addresses to anyone else. We will never pass on any details about any member here ever unless you have comitted a crimanal act and we are prestented with a court order

The most important thing is to please have fun, we all need a laugh and good friends and I hope you are able to enjoy the fibro forum experiance.
